London police say a man remains in custody in connection to a suspicious fire on Frances Street Thursday morning.
On Feb. 13th around 9:45 a.m., emergency crews responded to an active fire at a residence on Frances Street, just east of Egerton Street.
The London Fire Department extinguished the fire, and say there were no reported injuries.
Police say the fire was deemed to be suspicious, and a London man was arrested at the scene.
The damage is pegged around $400,000.

As a result of the investigation, Randy Edward Marchant, 60, of London is charged with arson causing damage to own property.
The accused is set to appear in London court Friday.
